Logan Lerman is an up and coming actor who is recently grabbing title rolls on the big screen. He currently stars in the film Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightening Thief, which was released on February 12th, 2010.  Here are ten facts on the star that you may or may not know!

1. Logan Lerman was born on January 19th, 1992 in Beverly Hills, California. This makes him currently 18 years old!
2.  Logan Lerman attended highschool at Beverly Hills High-School, following in the footsteps of many famous celebrities including Jamie Lee Curtis, Carrie Fischer, Nicholas Cage, Angelina Jolie, Ariel Pink, Alicia Silverstone and many, many more.
3. Logan Lerman decided he wanted to be an actor at the age of two! He told his mother and by four years-old he was already booked for commercials and was signed to a talent agency.
4. Logan Lerman got his first big screen role at the age of eight, when he was cast as the youngest son of Mel Gibson’s character in The Patriot. He continued to work with Mel Gibson in the future, portraying the actor in his youth in his role as Nick Marshall in the movie What Women Want.
5. Logan Lerman may be super cute with his dark brown hair, sparkling blue eyes and winning smile, but he’s also a little on the short side. The actor is only 5 foot 8, however there is hope, he is only 18 years old and most males continue growing into their early twenties!
6. He really is obsessed with the movies. Logan Lerman’s favorite memory from when he was 14, which he told in an interview with J-14 Magazine, was going to see the movie “The Life Aquatic”. He described the film as life-changing and “mind-blowing“.
7. Logan Lerman plays the guitar. He was recently spotted at the Vancouver International Airport carrying not one, but TWO guitars. It’s always sexy when a guy is musically inclined. Lerman also plays the keyboard in his band called Indigo with friend and fellow actor Dean Collins, who stared with him in the T.V. series “Jack and Bobby” as well as the musician Daniel Pashman. 8. Logan Lerman also has a youtube account with Dean Collins called Monkeynuts1069. The two actors film, edit, write and act in various shorts which display their artistic talent.
9. Logan Lerman has won numerous acting awards for his work. He has won four Young Artist Awards including two Best Performance in a Feature Film awards for a Leading Young Actor for his films Hoot and 3:10 to Yuma. He also won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture for 3:10 to Yuma.
10. Logan Lerman is single according to a recent interview on February 12th, 2010 with USA Today. When asked if he has a girlfriend, Logan states “No. I’m single” and in response to if that is an interest to fans, he says “I have no idea. I hope so.” Looks like there is luck for you ladies! Maybe he will write you a love song!
